It’s official Degrassi Takes Manhattan premieres on Friday July 16th. on MuchMusic in Canada, according to Stephen Stohn’s twitter, he also says the tenth season premieres only three days later, on Monday July 19th. on a weekly basis also on MuchMusic. The same source confirms the new episodes WILL air on CTV as well, he just isn’t sure when (it’s unclear if he means of the ninth season or the tenth season episodes as well).

Despite Stephen’s claims that he can’t say anything until TeenNick’s schedule is announced Annie Clark (Fiona) confirms on her twitter account that the movie will be released in the United States on the same date as in Canada (she deleted this tweet claiming it was something she shouldn’t have said though).

Degrassi: The Next Generation’s episodes will air in 4:3 format in Canada beginning with “Why Can’t This Be Love?” that’s because of the network change, MuchMusic, unlike CTV, doesn’t have an HD signal. However, this doesn’t necesarily mean we won’t be able to see the whole picture (as in TeenNick which doesn’t show the right and left margins), according to Stephen Stohn’s twitter we might be able to see it in 16:9 format, “Much is not an HD channel, so it can’t air in HD, but they might be able to show it in the 16×9 format, it would mean black bars on the top and bottom, but at least you’d see the full picture! We’ll see… TeenNick does not do that, they show it 4×3 so you lose the left and right margins of the picture“. It seems we’ll have to wait until May 10th. to find out…

To kick off here’s the first promotional cast photo of the third season of the hit HBO show, featuring the characters of Sookie, Jason, Bill, Jessica, Eric, Lafayette, Tara, Sam and new series regular Pam.

New episodes of Degrassi: The Next Generation will start airing May 7th., on TeenNick,  starting from “Innocent When You Dream”. As of Canada, “Why Can’t This Be Love” (Broken PROMises in USA) will air on May 10th., followed by its second part on May 17th, these will be the first (of many to come?) episodes to premiere on MuchMusic.

To make it clear, the next episodes will be:

“Innocent When You Dream”: Clare starts to have dreams of Declan that she finds inappropriate.

The "The Beautiful Life: TBL" cast

This are the last news about Ashton Kutcher’s TV show “The Beautiful Life: TBL” that didn’t go well in TheCW so the network decided to cancel it after the second episode.

The show was about a group of male and female models and their though life arround the work, drugs and sex.

It’s already been released episodes one to three through the famous video sharing site, YouTube.

Nathan Scott

Nathan finds out every NBA team is full and he can take a year off (which the agency doesn’t recommend) or take a job in the Spanish league.

Haley James-Scott

Miranda tells Haley that the label has set a tour she must go on. She plans to take Jamie with her and meet with Nathan at the end in Spain.

Jamie Scott

Jamie discovered that if Skills gets the sports coordinator job he has to move out to Los Angeles, CA. He also finds out that his parents try to take him out of Tree Hill and he doesn’t want to.

Quinn James

Quinn and Haley kinda made up but Quinn’s relationship that was starting with Clay seems broken.

Clayton

Clay lost his last chance of being an agent and started packing. Seems he’s on the list.

Skills

He recorded his ‘video-demo’ and sent it to LA applying for the sports coordinator job. Everything makes us think he’s leaving, so he’s on the list.

Brooke & Julian (& Alex)

Julian (semi-)accidentally tells Alex that Brooke cannot have kids and she finds a way to screw with them. A the end of the episode, Alex calls Julian and he doesn’t pick up; in the mailbox she says

“I’m just calling to tell you how sorry I am [...] you don’t have to worry ’cause from now on, I won’t be around to cause you any pain. And in spite of everything that you said to me, I will always love you. Goodbye.”

and then she throws the mobile into the bath (Here I thought, “she’s very stupid if she thinks that a cell phone could electrocute her”, but I was wrong.). When the camera zooms out we find her with blood leaking out of her wrists.

Mouth & Millie

Millie kinda breaks up with Mouth because of the cocaine thing. Mouth promises he would leave with skills. So he’s on the list. Millie does a terrible thing to get more cocaine.

Dan & Rachel

They shot the hallway episode promo. But suddenly someone appeared and ‘bitchslap’ Dan and says

“You made everyone believe he was a murderer. I had to bury him alone. Alone and ashamed.”

It was Jimmy Edwards’ mom. Dan tells Rachel he doesn’t want to continue with the show.

I think this is all that happened. I really liked this episode. I’m really starting to feel TV… Don’t you?

Wilson

This was a very uncommon episode, starting from the name. It focuses into Dr. James Wilson and his relationships with House, Cuddy and his patients.

This is one of the few episodes where House doesn’t have a case, it all goes around Wilson’s case.

There isn’t much to tell but the Wilson-House alliance against Cuddy.  Where they move to the same house where Cuddy wanted to move in with Lucas.

Not a very interesting episode but I want to rescue a quote from the patient:

“The person you want when he’s dying isn’t the same as the person you want when you’re living.”

Then, Wilson realizes the patient (who called himself as a friend) didn’t deserve his part of the liver…

Start feeling TV?

House and Cuddy

First of all, I should introduce myself. I’m Ezequiel, people call me Livin. I’m 17 and a teen-drama addict, but I also like other shows like this one. I started watching House on TV while season four and it caught me, so I got every episode and watched them; now, I’m up to date and I’m gonna review every House MD episode with a fan view and bring you all the news about the actors and the backstage.

Now, we shall begin.

In this episode we were expecting to see how Chase reacted to Cameron’s abandonment, instead we got the House-Cuddy-Lucas drama, still greatly exciting considering the lying and Cuddy-House history.

The case is about a guy who took drugs to un-smart himself this is the reason for this episode’s title: “Ignorance is Bliss”.

But the interesting part is the drama that comes between Cuddy and House. When House tries to break Lucas and Cuddy up, and then Cuddy sets him up, and then House sets Lucas up, and then Lucas and Cuddy set House up. It all messes up.

And the end leaves us with the “So? What’s he gonna do now? He’s really gonna stop trying?” feeling. Can’t say this feeling never happened.

Now you can’t say you ain’t feeling TV…. Right?

KC and Mr. Perv in Heart Like Mine

We start the (this?) episode/s with KC and the coach (Mr. Perv from now on), which will basically be the main storyline of the episodes, in my opinion, it was a well-treated storyline, made with the right characters: KC’s need for a father figure made him the perfect victim for Mr. Perv, though we may say that we definitely saw this coming, right from the start. It was like being back in season three which is a great improvement for the show’s storylines, compared to last season. This episode finally proves what I’ve been thinking since this season started: Degrassi is still going there.

On the other hand we meet Marco again! As a teacher, it was a fairly acceptable storyline, despite not being good or really dramatic it was a good way to bring Marco back, I just hope it’s not for nothing; liked his relationship with Holly J, it definitely has some resemblance to his and Paige’s friendship, which is a good thing considering…

In Heart Like Mine part 2 we get to know a little bit more about Fiona, which I must admit was a disappointment, her character was seriously annoying throughout the episode and her storyline with Declan was just… Lame. It’s a good way of getting her in the gang though, so we’ll se where it goes.

So, in conclusion, I’d say this episode felt like the old Degrassi was back (and I’m not only talking Marco!), drama, edgy situations, a little bit of comedy and… more drama!

This was a very funny episode, specially for Lewbert’s fans. The trio finds some stuff from Lewbert’s past and find out about a girlfriend he had, how happy he had been and the absence of his wart. So they commit to find her and bring her back so Lewbert can be happy again and stop being the mad doorman. But everything goes wrong when Lewbert sees her and freaks out. Carly, Sam and Freddie found out that she was manipulative. Their job is to undo what they’ve done.
